Center ICE Policy promotes American innovation through strong IP, balanced competition, and entrepreneurship policy. Maximum innovation is the goal.

Center ICE Policy | Advancing Innovation Through IP & Competition

The Center for Innovation, Competition & Entrepreneurship Policy (Center ICE Policy) is a policy advocacy organization dedicated to advancing American technological innovation.
We bring together inventors, entrepreneurs, engineers, attorneys, investors, and policymakers to promote strong IP rights and less government intervention to foster a competitive marketplace that rewards innovation and fuels entrepreneurship.

Our guiding principle is simple: innovators must be given preference over implementers. Without the breakthrough, there is nothing to build.

We advocate for:

Strengthening Intellectual Property Rights

Ensuring inventors and creators retain the incentives to develop transformative technologies.

Non-interventionist Competition Policy

Opposing the misuse of antitrust laws as political tools and maintaining the consumer welfare standard.

Entrepreneurship and Economic Growth

Innovation as National Security

Promoting domestic R&D and technology leadership critical to America’s physical and economic security.
